Earth is our home planet. Scientists believe Earth and its moon formed around the same time as the rest of the solar system. They think that was about 4.5 billion years ago. Earth is the fifth-largest planet in the solar system. Its diameter is about 8,000 miles. And Earth is the third-closest planet to the sun. Its average distance from the sun is about 93 million miles.
The Sun has an emense gravity source that smashes the hyrodgen atoms in the sun with the gravity in such force that they fuse releasing enourmous amounts of energy. This is what gives us light. |
The MoonThe moon circles the Earth. It is there in the sky at both day and night. As we see it the Sun reflects its rays at the moon and that reflection comes on Earth. The moon has many holes which are called "Craters." The first person who walked the moon was "Neil Armstrong."

Circulation of EarthThe Earth circluates all the time it sort of seems like the clouds in the sky is moving but actually it is Earth which is moving. Earth's one circulation is 24 hours which is day and night. Though, the Earth's circluation around the Sun is 365 days which is one year.
